The founder and the director of H.M Govheni Legal billing has more than 15years of experience in the field. He has been employed by Road Accident Fund as a legal cost officer in Menlyn branch and letter in the years he was promoted to a position of senior legal cost officer

He has been admitted to practice as a lawyer by the high court of South African
Over the years he has acquired very experience in drafting both attorney & client bill of cost and party & party bills, attending to oppose taxation in both high courts, labour court, appeal court and all magistrate courts with the republic
